Karl is a friend of mine over 43 years. I love his work. He always played a very good bass in the Jazzmusik. In his electronic work, too, I hear a call for freedom, as from John Coltrane. I can not express it better. It is a great work for me over 40 years, because he already started his work with electronics in Haltingen near Lörrach. I can still remember a concert that maybe 5 people were. This is what I call love for music and creativity. Perhaps it is simply a "must" for some people to be creative.
